Achieving Unicorn Growth – Through Compelling Value Proposition

Key Message: Achieving funding, customers and market adoption start with a clear definition of the value the company’s products / solutions bring to the market. By developing and communicating a unique value proposition describing the benefits of your offering, you are in a position to follow Unacast, Meltwater, Kahoot and others toward unicorn growth.

Target audience: Founders and management team members of ICT, med tech, consumer or energy businesses from prototype to 2 million NOK in revenue.

From commercialization and expansion of Tandberg (highest value acquisition of a Norwegian ICT firm) through business transformation of Adobe (leading to 300% increase in valuation) and 25- 50% revenue improvements for hundreds of ICT, Life Science, Environmental/Utility and Consumer Products companies, Jennifer brings deep expertise in commercialization and internationalization to the Norwegian market.

Jennifer holds an MBA from San Jose State and a Masters of Occupational Psychology from the University of London, as well as being a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
