Building a Scalable, Sellable Business

Technoport 2016 Crack the Code

Whether moving from startup validation to established business, from research to commercialisation, from 1 million revenue to 10 million revenue  or from initial market to global distribution, executives and entrepreneurs often hit a ‘glass ceiling’.

To succeed you need to crack the code and smash through them – innovatively and practically. During the 2016 Technoport “Crack the Code” conference, participants will learn new ways to use innovation, technical competence and how to effectively commercialize innovations and scale their business.

After much sharing of ideas and techniques on 2 March, the second conference day 3 March will be focused in practical methods to DO – how to really crack the code. During this program, Next Step will offer a hands-on workshop session on techniques to build a scalable business that sells – creating revenue and long term valuable return to the innovators and investors.

In this hands-on, 2 hour interactive workshop, participants will learn key techniques to:

  • Define the business model and pricing structure to scale and deliver
  • Validate the value proposition for all stakeholders in the value chain
  • Identify and test the sales strategy and approach to gain greatest results
  • Build and leverage global network to initiate market expansion

Program will be facilitated by Next Step CEO Jennifer Vessels.
