Whether moving from startup validation to established business, from research to commercialisation, from 1 million revenue to 10 million revenue or from initial market to global distribution, executives and entrepreneurs often hit a ‘glass ceiling’.
To succeed you need to crack the code and smash through them – innovatively and practically. During the 2016 Technoport “Crack the Code” conference, participants will learn new ways to use innovation, technical competence and how to effectively commercialize innovations and scale their business.
After much sharing of ideas and techniques on 2 March, the second conference day 3 March will be focused in practical methods to DO – how to really crack the code. During this program, Next Step will offer a hands-on workshop session on techniques to build a scalable business that sells – creating revenue and long term valuable return to the innovators and investors.
