Before becoming a consultant in 1998, Kathy held numerous sales and management positions in companies in the financial, technology and other industries. Additionally, as a former educator in both the public and private sectors, Kathy is skilled in training and skill development for a wide range of individuals from non-profits to highly successful corporations as well as from public to private firms.
Ms. Maixner holds a Master of Science degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas.
