Each program includes:

• Pre-course assessments and assignments to prepare both the attendees and the facilitators so time spent in the classroom is focused on application of key skills
• Field assignments for completion between and after workshop sessions to integrate the training into the student’s workplace
• Post-course assessments plus skills assessment six months after completion of the initial program to measure course effectiveness
