To maximize long-term results and reinforce managers’ coaching skills, Next Step often implements managerial training in a tiered approach. After assessing the organization’s needs, the highest level managers are trained first in the new concepts and coaching skills. The next (second) level of managers then complete the training program with coaching provided by the senior managers.
