Jennifer Vessels, CEO of Next Step a global consultancy based in Silicon Valley, brings over 30 years proven experience driving successful business growth for global organizations including Adobe, Cisco, Google, Lily, Opera, Core Media, Xing and much other technology, life sciences, services, logistics, consumer, and sustainability companies.

Prior to founding Next Step in 1997, Jennifer led Oslo-based Tandberg to expand global channels, sales, and presence, culminating in the launch of Tandberg USA. Her earlier experience includes global sales leadership for Tandem Computers, DataTrak, and Triad Systems. Jennifer holds an MBA and Masters Occupational Psychology from University London.
