Having worked in the field of education and training since 1970, Jeannine Nordan became an independent trainer and consultant in 1985. She has worked as a high school teacher, Education Guidance Counselor and Training Consultant for the Department of Defense in Thailand, Program Manager for USC’s Graduate School of International Relations in Munich, Germany, Corporate Training Consultant for Worldwide Educational Services and Executive Director of Alumni Affairs for Columbus College. She also held the position of Corporate Manager of Training and Development for ComPath, a nationwide telecommunications company.
Jeannine’s goal is to improve clients’ employee’s communications, efficiency and customer interfacing skills. She accomplishes this by listening carefully and understanding their needs then working within the Next Step team to design integrated training programs to meet the clearly stated objectives, time frames and budgets.
Believing that good internal communications, clear goals time management and procedure implementation is key to organizational success, Jeannine assists companies in developing then implementing policies and procedures. Training programs for which Jeannine brings unique expertise include time management, meeting management, goal setting and communications. In addition, she helps clients improve customer service and loyalty through Customer Perspectives assessments, ‘secret shopping’ and evaluation programs.
Jeannine has delivered exceptional results to businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. Jeannine holds a degree in Social Work from Florida State University.
