SonicWall (Lasso Logic)

Six months prior to the release of Lasso Logic’s Continuous Data Protection product line, the company realized a need for a compelling go-to-market strategy. Lasso Logic’s CEO Steve Goodman chose Next Step to create a channel partner program and sales strategy that was comprehensive, scalable and built to address the needs of VARs, OEMs and system integrators.  Research was utilized by Next Step to define the market approach and channel partners. Next Step’s team coached the Inside Sales team, and identified and engaged the company’s Sales Director. Within one year, Lasso Logic was successful acquired by SonicWall.
