Francine Gordon, PhD, is an organization consultant and executive coach who helps improve
the effectiveness of companies through interpersonal skills, leadership competency, HR
processes and organizational dynamics. Her special interests include enhancing creativity in
individuals and facilitating the development of women executives.
In addition to her consulting work, Francine facilitates a number of Next Step’s management
and communication workshops. She also delivers workshops on strategy and innovation
globally (with heavy focus on Japan); works with Fulbright scholars and teaches courses for
the Stanford Continuing Studies program.
